Openreach added 182k broadband customers last quarter. 71% of those went to BT retail. Not a murmur from Ofcom.
@RichKnowles Only? So Ofcom is sufficiently concerned to protest about 3/O2, but not three big players dominating domestic broadband?

@MrSaffron If you look at the quad-play market as a whole (broadband, mobile, fixed line, TV), TalkTalk are much weaker than others. -
