@MikeHenson @njkobie DPA doesn't demand email is deleted within three months. Just that it's stored securely.

@bazzacollins@njkobie - The Code does advise that documents are destroyed once a decision/solution has been reached which could be 3 months -
@MikeHenson@bazzacollins It's clear from the story that's not the case -- the lack of email is getting in the way of ongoing decisions.
