@bazzacollins Wasted so much of my life on the phone to BT support over the last 4 mnths due to total incompetence (Bt's, not mine).

@richgoatly Language barrier is immense. Poor support staff just stick to the script, because they don't have ability to do anything else. -
@bazzacollins That's my experience. Saying 'I want to leave BT' to the voice recognition always gets you though to and someone in the UK ;)
