@bazzacollins - I get nuisance calls/auto dial mainly on my ex directory Virgin Media provided phone number. They also charge.@virginmedia -
@RegulatoryZen Hi there, I feel your pain with this one. Are you registered with the telephone preference service? That should help. ^LB -
@virginmedia Yes but useless against auto diallers. How do you block withheld numbers? Will Virgin give call block free to it's customers? -
@RegulatoryZen Thanks for the reply. We offer an anonymous caller reject facility for £2.70 a month. This should give you some peace . ^LB -
@virginmedia - This EX Directory Number you gave me that I pay for, and spammed to hell? How can this be? I never give out the number. -
@RegulatoryZen By default all our numbers are ex-directory so the best way to stop these calls are the above methods. ^LB -
@virginmedia so £2.70 for a number Virgin told me was ex directory & shouldn't get spam calls? That might just cost you a cancelled service. - 4 more replies
