@bazzacollins I bought some for my cheapo HP printer last month and the printer just refused to work.

@bazzacollins Like anything, try to buy a trusted brand - and avoid ultra-cheap 'compatibles' (not 'remanufactured') from China. -
@ghalfacree Thanks, Gareth. -
@bazzacollins No worries. Membership of UKCRA and/or ETIRA is a good indicator the ink will be decent quality. -
@ghalfacree Just reading the ETIRA website. Boy, do they need a proof-reader. Doesn't inspire confidence in quality. -
@bazzacollins It's always amazing how many industry group websites look like a poor Geocities page.

@bazzacollins sometimes the saving on a couple of "compatible" ink carts is enough to buy a new printer -
@timanderson Indeed. Although there's a distinction between remanufactured and compatibles.

@bazzacollins not ink, but toner for my Samsung colour laser. Totally perfect in my opinion. - End of conversation

@bazzacollins hit n miss. One supplier sent me a duplicate batch. I found out why when I trued using the first set - no red in colour pod -
@Sweder Cheers, Ash.

@bazzacollins terrible quality, didn’t work for long, spotty prints: and that was a High Street brand… -
@sbisson Thanks, Simon.

@bazzacollins I'm certain that genuine would be better quality but price difference doesn't justify it. Kids print loads due to homework -
@Yorkie71 Thanks, Martyn -
@bazzacollins No problem. I get mine from IJT. Quality good but service is super.
