@bazzacollins Switch to Google's or Open DNS...
Seems like BT Broadband's DNS servers are down. Just a minor problem, then...

@lucidblog Except some Home Hubs don't let customers switch... -
@bazzacollins You could manually put them into the network adapter settings on your laptop/PC etc if you're desperate to get working... -
@lucidblog I'm not with BT, just reporting what I'd seen elsewhere. -
@bazzacollins A wise choice...

@bazzacollins I was having problems with google DNS yesterday. Very slow responses. Switched to Virgin and was fine. High level problem? -
@AdamGashead Wonder if there's some kind of DNS server attack going on, then. Happens more frequently than we're told.

@bazzacollins Have you tried changing DNS in network settings? Didn't work for me but curious to find out if Windows actually used them -
@CecilsSpecials I'm not with BT. Just reporting what I've seen elsewhere on Twitter. -
@bazzacollins Ah right. Yeah it was broken but it seems like it's fixed itself now.

@bazzacollins yep. Curiously Sonos streaming just find. Guess it doesn't use DNS?#Luddite -
@Sweder Nope, it doesn't need the DNS servers. They're basically what help resolve web addresses. -
Thanks
