@bazzacollins Apart from the fact that style over substance seems to be what so many of its customers are looking for.
It seems Apple has a hell of a lot of money and doesn't know what to do with it. Buying Beats does nothing for them.

@RiyadEmeran I don't buy that. Apple products have plenty of substance and style. That's why they're so popular. Not sure about Beats. -
@bazzacollins I agree, that's why I use Apple kit. But for a great many consumers, it's not about the substance, it's about the style. -
@RiyadEmeran I think Sony sort of disproves that theory. It's kit looks great, but rarely brings the substance these days. -
@bazzacollins Apple's style isn't just about how it looks though. Consumers simply want to be seen using Apple kit. It's a designer label. -
@bazzacollins And competitors can no longer partner with Beats like HTC used to. Not sure how much it helped shift its phones though. -
