@ghalfacree I just don't see it having any practical benefit. How often would you want to swap/upgrade bits of a phone?

@ghalfacree Perhaps, but the physical demands on a phone mean those parts are going to wear out just as fast. -
@bazzacollins Not if you look after it; I've never had a phone break or wear out, even the N95 8GB I had for five years.
