        @jonhoneyball Every photo is edited in some sense, either by the photographer or the publisher. It's naive to pretend otherwise.

        @bazzacollins Cartier Bresson insisted his photos were printed full frame. I think editing someone out means, should be mark as a painting.

        @adambanksdotcom To my mind it’s not a news photo; the photo isn’t the story. It’s more illustrative, and doesn’t alter the meaning.
