Nice to see WordPress is still as temperamental as the last time I tried to build a site in it.
@popey Actually, that is one of the problems. Trying to install Jetpack causes fatal errors because it exceeded server's PHP memory cap.

@popey Low-level hosting account provided by Zen. Apparently, I can boost the memory, but need to fiddle with PHP.ini file. -
@bazzacollins Sounds about right for a tiny VPS then. I had to migrate from Apache to Lighttpd to stop WP eating my decent spec VPS -

@bazzacollins Although to be fair, many VPS providers fiddle settings to wind down the memory footprint. I've never seen jetpack do that
