@gingeraction Because English libel law is extraordinarily tough. Savile could have won millions if he won the case. Wasn't worth the risk. -
@bazzacollins So why not then become a police issue? Are the media at fault for sitting on stories? -

@bazzacollins Just seems amazing that loads of people 'knew' about it but nothing happened although I do appreciate it was a different 'era' -
