My @BTGroup Broadband contract is coming to an end. Spent 18 mins on hold waiting to see if they could offer me a deal to persuade me to stay. When they finally picked up, line dropped within seconds.
Decision made.
I'm staying. They clearly need my money to employ more support staff.
