Compelling first series, wanders off into silliness in the second series. Shame.

It’s not great

Good concept, not fully exploited.

It’s been binned as a series hasn’t it??

- Whilst being set in the White House it's more about him than the whole wing. He just lurches from one problem to another. Every time you think he can sit back and relax another seemingly insurmountable problem lands with the force of an earthquake.
-

I tried the first few. But every one was the same; tense situation, Sutherland awkwardly in the background before making his presence known with some wise & measured judgement as everyone claps & says ‘God bless America’, while wiping a tear. Made me throw up too much.
-
Yep, it does feel like a great premise that's been poorly cast. It's just about good enough to keep me watching into episode five.
