Do you know what, bosses make us cry. It’s happened to me loads of times and no one ever said sorry. I had a boss who used to yell in public; one who yelled in private & one who spoke softly with the words of a snake. All female. Sometimes this happens. It made me stronger

That’s deeply unhelpful. Bosses shouldn’t make anyone cry and pointing out that women can be assholes too or that it helped YOU be stronger is nonsense. Maybe it just made you incredibly lacking in empathy?
