So, today I updated Ultimate Doom Builder and when I opened GS3 I noticed that the program mapped an entire secret area by itself. I'm sure of it cause I haven't touched the map tools since a few days, has this happened to anyone else? #goldensouls #NieRAutomata

Just found out about the existence of this new anime called Urasekai Picnic, and as the name implies, it's directly based off Roadside Picnic (The original book that inspired Stalker (1979) and the videogames) If it's good i'm up for some anime cheeki breeki.

I took the liberty of just doing some touchups to your game. I'm sure that if you put a cover like this and perhaps strip up the game of all the nerdy loser things and instead make it into a 2 weapon linear shooter, it will sell a gloomwoodlion copies.

As a kid I didn’t even think that PPG were a “girly show”, they kicked ass and that’s all it mattered to me. I remember being very confused when I bought one of the comics and it came with a lipstick gadget, a mirror and something like that, marketing didn’t help

I hope you're having fun with the #goldensouls 3 Demo! You're completely free to explore the map at your own pace, but at the same time you can master the movements to perform some pretty crazy skips such as this one! I feel like speedrunners will have a blast with this! #GZDOOM

This entire section of Metro 2033 was terrifying to me, having to stare down the Librarians, giant super intelligent human-gorilla things, to make them retreat and avoid combat. Bonus points for the ghosts encountered throughout the game.

I'm a fan of L4D2's Hard Rain, it's a controversial campaign because of the backtracking, but I really like how it starts as a slightly cloudy sunset and you can see clouds forming from one level to another, then it goes full rainstorm when you gotta go back to the boat.

Unlike previous Golden Souls, in order to obtain armor without buying it, you have to gib enemies! The uppercut is a pretty powerful tool that guarantees to gib! This way, gibbing is not only a purely cosmetic feature, but actually rewards the player! #goldensouls

Asking and giving credit is important, it’s not just a matter of attributing people’s work, you also do it out of respect. If a creator doesn’t want their assets to be taken, they have all the right to say so and you are not entitled to just ripping things out of their projects.

What I see is envy here, and envy is an ugly beast. As saddening and heartbreaking as this is, consider it flattening that the big fish is afraid of the small fry here. Keep doing what you love, I'm sure you'll have a wonderful career if you keep this passion and enthusiasm.

IMHO Doom 3 is a much, much closer version of what the devs had in mind when making the original games (atmospheric, tense adventure about a space station overrun by demons) while the new Doom games are more about the public's perception of the titles, so very actiony

Am I the only one finding it extremely annoying that people got pre-release copies of Doom Eternal so early? That and also the artbooks. Like, I'm tired of having to avoid all the "All executions/weapons/levels/hub coverage" from the major news sites, and also leaks from people.

Thinking about new Doom lately, mainly how hype this scene was in 2016 and how much of a letdown both the Crucible's mechanics and Hayden's role were in Eternal.

Sometimes I get people asking why the project is taking so long, well, this single room which probably takes less than a minute for the player to explore completely took me 2 hours of mapping. Why so? Read the post below cause i'm running out of words

Seasalt Harbor is probably the most free-form map of the first set of levels, there's a ton of shortcuts and alternate paths you can follow, explore at your own pace! #goldensouls

While far from being a horror project, the last map I was working on for my Doom mod, "The Golden Souls 3", pays tribute to classic survival horror titles such as Resident Evil, complete with areas that switch perspective to fixed camera angles. #HorrorShowcase

I am working on another map for , the thing I love about this project is that I get to make maps Valve-style, making rooms actually feel "lived in" and with a purpose. I love placing windows with inaccessible areas to create a "narrative" of the place.
