Some YouTubers also abuse the system if u even show seconds YouTube needs to fix it

YouTube can't do much when the legal takedown process (which is what is being discussed here) is in action. They just have to perform their legal duties to take the videos down and allow for a counter suit (which unfortunately requires sending your address and phone no. legally)
