इस बार तालिबान के पक्ष में 2 UNSC मेम्बर खड़े हैं और कुछ इस्लामिक देश भी यह अंतर है पूर्व 1996के तालिबान में और अभी के तालिबान में UNSC के 2 देश तालिबानियों को अस्त्र शस्त्र दे रहे हैं साथ ही जो भी लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट चाहिए वह भी मुहैया करा रहे हैं जो सभ्य राष्ट्र को शोभा नहीं देता।
