If I'm understanding this correctly John Eastman remains a member in good standing of the @FedSoc despite have participated in & actually drawn up a plan for overthrowing the government of the United States with a transparently specious legal 'interpretation'. What am I missing?

No doubt that's descriptively true. But maybe FedSoc should rethink that policy from a normative perspective. Big tent doesn't have to mean infinitely large tent.
