The law does not allow you to sue someone who had a miscarriage. You can't even sue if there's a medical reason to have the abortion. At least read the law. I did, and I still dislike it, despite knowing what you can and can't sue for.

I'm not a fan of the law. But, civil law suits to attack unpopular things, like Colorado bakers or gun manufacturers, are acceptable, so I'm unsure why the left objects. If they want to join me as against these tactics, they're welcome, so long as they apply the rule equally.
