Dobbs will - or at least should - settle the constitutional question nationwide. If it rejects Roe, tonight's non-decision will be moot anyway.

Dan.... You can think both the 5 justices were full of it for ignoring their responsibility to stay a law that on its face violates Roe/Casey AND disagree with what the majority will inevitably rule on the merits.
