I think Heller was wrongly decided, yes. Though I don’t really quibble with it, since I think all rights are subject to limitations. But I’m saying something different: Heller is one case/one precedent. The cannon on abortion is many, many precedents. And this law CLEARLY

Violates every single test the Court has ever laid out. Like, I think there are two discussions here: one about the merits, and 2. This is a rotten way to decide a major constitutional case.
