Basically, your view is that abortion is murder, therefore it's no big deal if states passed laws which facially violate court decisions. And there's no rush to block the state from doing so. Correct?

In other words, a ruling from the judicial branch doesn't really matter, so long as a law legitimately enacted somewhere in the country goes against it. (Of course in reality you think judicial rulings that you like should have high standing, ones you don't like little or none.)
