I'm sorry I dislike people who literally try to murder me, and stick up for my country. You may need to cite examples of people being jailed for speech alone without setting foot in the Capitol.

What difference does it make if they went into the Capitol? Biden’s DOJ routinely uses disbelief in 2020 election as evidence in pre-trial motions. You’re ok with that?

So you admit that "people are going to jail for saying Biden isn’t their president" is a lie, given that your grievance is with the use of evidence of motive & intent for overt acts. Always a helpful clarification.

I know the NR folks don’t want to cover this but check out my work. I thought you were a lawyer.

Because I am a lawyer, I understand the difference between what elements of offenses people are charged with & what uses are made of evidence under the FRE.

You made an assertion about the nature of the charges, an assertion so unsustainable you abandoned it in the next tweet.

Please point to us your coverage on J6 prosecutions and DOJ citation of disbelief in 2020 election as evidence in pre-trial detention motions. I’ll wait.

You're now asking *me* to provide evidence of *your* unsupported contentions of fact?
