CDC eviction moratorium is an exercise of Congress' power over interstate commerce, except Congress never authorized it, it doesn't involve interstate commerce, & it's been ordered by an agency with no authority over interstate commerce.

I never understood why we had the eviction moratorium. The government sent out three rounds of direct payments, enhanced the unemployment benefits, and suspended federal student loan payments. So why wasn’t rent paid?
