Except, as you well know, that is not what is happening here. If the state gets the blame for Fulton's election system - and it does, from liberals & progressives, constantly - it has to take responsibility for it. And the time to do that is between election cycles.https://twitter.com/jonathanchait/status/1421235149388267523 …

This move by Georgia lines up with your preferred outcome of whites politically dominating blacks.

So this is how you're solving the embarrassing problem that blue cities economically outperform red areas? Just seize the political reins of prosperous cities like Atlanta and declare the GOP is entitled to govern it?

Lol. How's that work with the federal government vs. state governments? Contingently, perhaps? And obviously
@jonathanchait point is that these actions are designed to limit Dem majorities in the biggest county in the state. -
It's blindingly obvious what is going on here. You could say, "Tough luck." Or you could claim it's a trivial action that won't change anything. But when you claim "good government" you answer your own question from the other day about the "respect" not given by the left.

The goals is to put R's in charge of Fulton County so that R's win all future elections, regard of the actual vote. This quite clear. This is the current R party.https://twitter.com/nytpolitics/status/1421214274739920902?s=20 …
