Mask-wearing is no big burden unless you're part of the tiny percentage of the population that wears glasses, has less than perfect hearing, has breathing issues, speaks softly or with an accent or impediment, is old, or is a child.
Masks reduce the spread of the virus, which is good. Better masks reduce it more than weaker masks. But they're not foolproof. And vaccinated people have no need to wear them or fear anyone who doesn't.
