I don't doubt that people had serious stress reactions. I had panic attacks for months after my office was destroyed on 9/11. But I went right back to work. Exactly. Cops, doctors, lots of professions people pick themselves up & keep going. Maybe more of them should talk to therapists; maybe more should take a little more time off. I don’t question someone feeling some level trauma. Yet if they can’t handle what happened on Jan 6, I question their ability to honestly and forthrightly report the news.
