With modern technology, you could sensibly set it higher, but even with districts of 10,000 people, you'd have - yikes - 33,000 House members.

We could have NIST design dedicated vote machines they could keep in their home districts, to replace this horrific proxy voting. And then they only need to come into DC for SCIF stuff or for committees.
