There are plenty of right wing funders out there; just as in the anti-affirmative action cases and church closure cases. The funders are always looking to start litigation.

So Dan do you like the bills? Do you think they’re well-drafted, understandable by teachers, parents, and students alike, proper in scope and application—and don’t sweep too broadly?
-
Haven’t once heard you state clearly and forcefully that you are against CRT being taught in public schools. Your constant defensive posture is why conservatives don’t conserve anything meaningful. We’re doubting the premise that we’ve all granted you, can you finally clarify?

Don't really see how voting in school board elections or organizing a lawsuit is too much to ask. There are activists specifically targeting school boards and education bureaucracy to shape education. You can't shortcut your way out of that.

If you don't like it, beat those people in school board elections. If a school is violating a child's civil rights, would it really be that hard for the parents to find someone willing to take up their case?

Nah, David and his friends make their money with those lawsuits. Even when they eventually win (after years of litigation, appeals, etc) those "victories" rarley address the problem writ large, but they get billable hours and Davey gets to say "look, I fight!"
