Working-class voters are - I know this may surprise some people - diverse in their political opinions, just as are rich people, upper-middle class people, middle-class people, & poor people. What both parties need to do is recognize a seat at the table for them.

If you look at the actual data it would imply there isn't the labor shortage people keep talking about. The number of hours worked by existing employees isn't increasing and is still lower than pre-pandemic numbers.
