Cheney's stance has been admirable & the caucus needs & should tolerate dissenting views, occasionally even in leadership. But I'm inclined to agree that if she can't move off this topic as Mitch has, she needs to do that from the back benches.https://twitter.com/LPDonovan/status/1389569405701529603 …

The party absolutely needs people who think like Liz Cheney. Trying to oust her from office or the party would be insane.https://twitter.com/henryolsenEPPC/status/1389631558735249409 …

Sounds like the perfect job of a legislative leader. If your party is so sick that it cannot be trusted with power then willfully fracturing your own party is the right thing to do. That'd take integrity instead of perpetrating a poisonous lie at the expense of the republic.

Except what Crank seems to be indicating is that power is the only ideal that matters, which fits with the modern GOP’s rejection of ethical constraints on their behavior.

Look at Dan trying to wish a world into existence where his party led an insurrection and now we just need to pretend it didn’t happen because he wants those tax cuts.

What’s the difference between kelli ward and Stefanik exactly? Both spread the exact same lies about the election.
