Dan, while you argue about using too old of an example, can you help me discern between a party that is currently supporting a man that tried to overthrow the democratic process and a party with "an entire lifetime" of actions that haven't resulted in a deadly insurrection?

I have no idea what this is even supposed to mean. Republicans have been lying about voter fraud as a pretext for suppressing the vote of voters that don’t typically vote for them for decades. Deliberately, shamelessly, and quite openly lying about it.

Start with the common ground observations we all see here and now, then proceed from there. Highly unintuitive arguments need to preface with an acknowledgment that it's highly unintuitive, or else it looks like you're alone on Mars rambling to yourself
