Let's think about the logistics. Voters are lined up out the door. You point out that voters can get water, etc. from poll workers. Is that possible before they make it into the polling place? I assume they're not going to deploy a water cooler around the corner.
Black voters vote less on Sunday in Georgia than other voters do.

Is that true? I'm aware of it being a common voting tool through principally Black churches but I don't know anything about the wider Sunday voting demographics. If you have those stats (even indirectly) I'd be curious to see them. Thanks in advance!

It’s true only in the most technical sense because blacks are only 32% of the population in GA. They make up 37% of Sunday voters in GA. So, yes, GA blacks disproportionately take advantage of voting on Sundays. Which is the point Dan attempts to obfuscate with his answer.
