Truth: This bill is an immense PR disaster for the
@GOP and further signals the Reagan era is about to slide into the dustbin of history. The right has painted itself into a corner that its fancy-talking scribes won't be able to "whataboutism" you out of. -
Did you even read the article?

I noticed nowhere in your article (or the bill) does it state that citizens, unaffiliated with any campaign, are allowed to hand out water directly to other citizens waiting to vote. So it sounds to me like the consensus on this is pretty accurate.

Okay, but honestly it’s not a good look lately that Republicans have been trying to figure out how to get less people to vote and how to get the ballots already cast thrown out. Shouldn’t they be spending time trying to earn votes, instead hoping less people will?

what do you think “setting the record straight” means dude

In fact, “if you feel impelled to donate food and drink to voters, you can still do that, too” seems at least partially wrong, since the bill specifically doesn’t authorize poll officers to hand out food and it’s not clear that they would be obligated to hand out donated water?
