(unless you're just interpreting Christianity as a philosophy like stoicism except it claims a God, in which case fine, but I'm not sure any Christian denomination embraces this (except maybe Episcopalians?))

Markan Priority is pretty irrefutable, especially given how Luke/Acts and Matthew borrow from it. It also is pretty clearly written prior to the end of the Temple and sourced from someone within living memory of Jesus.

John is of course the interesting one, as it's not synoptic. I tend to believe the theory that while it obvious was not written by the Apostle John, it descends from his 'school' of Christian practice, which is why it had such prestige despite obviously differing so much.
