And I gave you an answer. But you never answered Scott's two points: 1) There is no "significant" voter fraud; 2) The effort to address--filled with all kinds of obvious ploys to limit non white and college age voters--is *pre textual.* In short, why two, if one is true?

Because there is no point debating how government achieves an end with someone who refuses to concede that it could ever be a legitimate end.
