Bill Clinton will, in my view, go down in history as the least consequential president to serve two full terms, surpassing James Monroe. So few of his lasting accomplishments have not already been denounced by his own party.

As president it's Reagan, but two of those four have accomplishments that dwarf all but a handful of presidencies in significance.

Eisenhower was by far superior to Reagan. Reagan’s tax code is responsible for sending jobs overseas. Reagan had good foreign policy, to his credit.
