On the other side, I wonder if Dems who were considering a run against Mike Dewine in 2022 will flip to try for the open Senate seat. I'm thinking of names like soon-to-be former Dayton mayor Nan Whaley and Amy Acton.

I’m not sure Sherrod Brown is beatable. Cleveland/NE Ohio is always going to want one of the senators to be from that area of the state and the advantage of incumbency seems too much to overcome, unless he does something completely egregious in the eyes of his voters.
