The dividing line is not people who care about genders & people who don't. It's people who supported Trump on "stolen election" & impeachment, & those who don't. We both know that.

Good thing we have something called the courts that settled it, don’t we? Many before Trump judges that Trump appointed himself. Yet Trump couldn’t accept that, so he continued agitating till we got the awful end result of mayhem on 1/6. And for what? Nothing was going to change.

It is not a coequal source of the judicial power, which Article III houses exclusively in the courts. And it is certainly not a coequal branch of the powers reserved to state government.
