Hendrix’ ‘All Along The Watchtower’ is such a staple that many people don’t know it’s a Dylan song. I don’t see how you can top that

That one is my go to answer just because the contrast between Dylan and Hendrix is so stark I'd thrown in Johnny Cash's "Hurt" but that's an easy peasy. "Solitary Man" was more impressive
