Serious allegations of voting irregularity must be investigated. But the Constitution doesn't place the ability to overturn certified electoral results in the hands of either the VP or a majority in Congress. And since Dems have the House, it isn’t effective strategy, either.

And the Electoral Count Act allows a majority of both houses to disregard a certified vote... so unless you’re arguing that law is unconstitutional, Ben is incorrect.
