But 18 attorneys general are arguing that they should do it! This isn't a fever-dream liberal conspiracy anymore.https://twitter.com/JerylBier/status/1337097762987528198 …

And yet, have they argued for their legislatures to do so? No, they're going to court, through a legal process they know will reject their application (and doing so in good part because they know the legislatures don't want to, either). It's all Kabuki.

Is fighting against democracy disingenuously better than fighting against democracy earnestly?

Only 26% of GOP voters think the election was fair & Biden won (per NPR/PBS/Marist poll) The other 74% are being stoked by this Kabuki theater and we're going to have to listen to 4 damned years of "Biden wasn't the real president"pic.twitter.com/XLrUIPUB7O

Which is not a justification. They shouldn’t join in on frivolous and baseless suits. Just that I agree that this IS what’s going on.

That's not what the judicial system is for. People have real cases that are getting delayed because of this "Kabuki Theater." If this weren't so political I have no doubt you'd be seeing motions for sanctions under FRCP 11 and other authorities.

That polling showing 3 out of 4 Republicans believes the election wasn’t legitimate is a real thing. Can those people - the vast majority of their party - be convinced to change their minds & accept Pres Biden? How in the hell can it happen?
