We can't take seriously any definition of "stealing the election" that includes "enforcing unambiguous state statutes as written by state legislatures."https://twitter.com/mjs_DC/status/1337073463639613440 …

Only 10,000 ballots arrived after the deadline, nowhere near enough to overturn Biden’s 80,000 vote margin of victory. Regardless of how it’s interpreted, the issue is moot.

Now, yes. Legally, however, it was very much a live issue before the election.

Right, specifically because the litigants waited until AFTER they saw what the results were. Had months to complain beforehand, and didn't... so clearly demonstrated their issue is with the result and not the law.

The PA deadline case reached the Court before the election. Court should have taken it then, which is what the dissenting conservative Justices wanted. The later filed cases are garbage, but that case wasn't.

The PA Supreme Court decision was based on interpretation of state law and the free & equal elections clause of the PA State Constitution. Give me a break, Dan.

My question is, why would the Supreme Court disenfranchise voters who followed the rules as it was, even if the PA Supreme Court expanded when mailed in votes could count. It was not the fault of the voters.
