I’m actually surprised the court used the term “made-up”. Usually there’s a benefit of the doubt given that perhaps it was misattributed or misapplied. Usually incompetence is assumed over malice.

How many examples are there of cases that are both so definitionally important, yet, especially in this instances yet pretty much all of the others too, so completely lacking in every protocol of serious litigation? There is no “both sides” here.

It seems that in just about every case
