I think it's probably going to happen closer to 60% or 70%, but yeah, totally likely. There may be a subset of society that makes it more permanent though, like across the Pacific.

I think it's more along the lines of 25-40% the vulnerable population being vaccinated.

I think it has collapsed already, at least in New York City. Social distancing is practically non existent, and masks for most are worn only when absolutely required.
