So, lay out the evidence. We were often promised, by Trump's foes, that unnamed sources were just over the next hill bearing smoking guns that never quite arrived. Why rely on the same m.o. now if you have the goods?https://twitter.com/ericmetaxas/status/1330146002037338113 …

But then you don't get that great Matlock moment, Dan. What kind of second rate law school did you go to that didn't teach you to set everyone up for that "Oh, just one more question" routine?!

I forget the Latin term for "never reveal your evidence until the last ten minutes of the hour."

Hint: they don’t have the goods. Which isn’t necessarily surprising, since evidence that some computer algorithm/hacker switched votes would be hard to find. Indeed, it’s hard to know what tracks would even be left. But that doesn’t change the fact that they can’t prove it.

Rule 9b requires fraud to be alleged with particularity--hence they are allergic to fraud allegations in court. If they had the evidence of c fraud, they would plead it.

The reason you don't have a 60-hour press conference presenting all your evidence directly to the public is that it mostly doesn't go directly to the public - it goes through the press. And Trump's team has great reason to distrust how the press will cover their evidence..

That, and everyone helping them is getting death threats. Is it fair or wise to expose the identity of witnesses to the public before they get into the courtroom?
