If there's some reason why the evidence can't be laid out right now, then give us a hint what that reason is, but "trust us, there's plenty of evidence" won't cut it.

It's normal not to present evidence until you're ordered to via existing discovery orders or otherwise. Your evidence reveals your line of attack and gives the other side time to prepare against it better. That would be the general litigation argument, I addressed to Dan earlier.
