He’s like 1-34 with his “days in court” so far. If this were a dem doing this after losing an election you’d be losing your mind. Can you honestly say that you’d be saying “I want Joe Biden to have his day in court.”? You argue in bad faith constantly.

Can't speak for Dan, but yes, I do. Sore losers are allowed to whine at the courts, regardless of party, until a judge dismisses them with prejudice. It's annoying, in some ways, but it's important to ensure that the legal system works properly.
