2. The second, of course, is 1876, where Tilden won a popular majority but (1) there was massive fraud, voter suppression, & outright murder of voters in the South & (2) one state (Colorado) did not hold a popular vote, so counting without it is somewhat artificial.

3. The third is 1824. John Quincy Adams lost the recorded popular vote in a 4-way race, but he won NY, the most populous state, whose votes were not recorded. (The other two might be 1796 & 1800, but that's just speculation-those were close races & most states didn't count
