1-The progressive mindset: urge people to move into a state temporarily to swing a state election.
2-#BleedingGeorgia? Out of state Ds flooding into Bleeding Kansas ended badly, especially for Georgia.
3-I believe this is soliciting violations of GA law https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2010/title-21/chapter-2/article-6/21-2-217/ … https://twitter.com/EricLevitz/status/1324368177653075980 …

I'm not a Georgia election law expert. Am I missing something? It sure looks like the state election law judges residency by intended permanent residency, and not be where you go temporarily. If so, lying about that would be fraudulent.pic.twitter.com/F9BveDvQ1h

And if it would be fraudulent or illegal for people to do that, it is textbook "election misinformation" to solicit that on Twitter, of the sort that would get taken down if it was argued on behalf of a Republican.

But I'm open to an argument that Georgia law has some gloss in the caselaw or something that is not apparent from just reading the statute.
